Our process begins with rigorous recruiting standards designed to identify candidates capable of operating effectively in the sensitive environment of educational facilities. All prospective officers undergo comprehensive state, local, and national background investigations, FBI fingerprinting, and 10-panel drug screening. Selected candidates then complete a six-module, in-house training curriculum specifically developed for the educational sector. This foundation is reinforced through layered supervision, continuous professional development, and regular feedback sessions with both staff and client stakeholders.
